How to relieve tired feet and aching
The feet are a very important part of our body, as are those that allow us to walk, and support the entire body. Unfortunately they are often abused to unwittingly suffer excessive fatigue, causing inflammation and pain. Case work, stay too long feet, long commutes, bad shoes, excessive body weight.

Prepare two containers: one put in hot water and vinegar, and in the cold water and vinegar - vinegar and water should be in equal amounts.
Dip-towel in a container with hot liquid, wring and wrap around the foot and ankle, leaving them for about 5 minutes, then repeat the operation on the same foot, with another one-towel soaked and wrung out in cold liquid, however.
Do this hot / cold on both feet, repeating for at least 3 times.
Tips and Warnings: Severe pain that we do not want to leave as to prevent wear shoes and walk, and persistent redness may indicate other diseases.

How to protect yourself from getting malaria
This guide teaches you how to protect themselves from malaria when traveling to the tropics. As the author has successfully tried some of these precautions in malarious areas of the world they are particularly suitable for medium to low risk situations.

1.Before leaving you equipped in this way: spraying the solution of Permethrin on clothing, is a poisonous substance for the cold-blooded animals (like insects), it is harmless to warm-blooded ones (like us): You can find it in pharmacies in packs of one liter (BioKill for example). Remember to spray good socks and the bottom of the pants, the mosquitoes tend to bite ankles.
2.A When you arrive on site shall observe the following precautions: protect yourself as soon as the sun with long sleeves and repellent on exposed parts, especially feet and ankles. Before going to bed turn a fumigator in the room, preferably used those bought on the spot, if you can find.
But the most important thing is to spend hours of the night under the mosquito net impregnated. For we have seen that in the first part of the night leaving the Anopheles mosquitoes that young people are less infected than older people, which ones come out at night.
3. These precautions were, in my personal experience, enough to protect yourself from getting malaria also remain for several weeks in areas such as Bandundu infestatissime, a region of Congo Kinshasa, where people take malaria banbini so often to stay small and medium skinny.
