How many documents Gather In A Single Word File
If you join many text documents, produced in various formats (RTF, Word 2003 DOC, DOCX) to create a single file in Word 2007 DOCX format. Since the documents that change not only the extension of the file, but also in the format of the page elements like the tables are messed up after copying. Here's how a few simple steps ...
Instructions DIFFICULTIES 1

1.A documents created with different versions of Word, but mainly in different sizes, it is not a simple task, given that the application applies automatic readjustments which give good results only if you merge documents consistent. In your case the solutions are different but the result is not always guaranteed, however, and most likely you'll have to manually fix a few pages of the final document.
   2. Try to incorporate the new documents in the main text to file using the command: to turn, moved to the Insert menu, then Text in space and then access the Subject drop-down menu. At this point, you do not have to do is place the cursor at the end of the document and insert text from another file, checking the result.
3.Se in this case there are errors, before copying a new item to try to insert a page break (Insert / Page Break), thus leaving the various separate documents, although they are all in the same file. A simpler alternative, which could be very efficient, however, is the following.
   4. create a master file in RTF format, open each document, select all the contents and Ctrl C to copy it into memory, then pasting it into a blank page in Microsoft WordPad, you can start from the Start menu / All Programs / Accessories: This ploy should eliminate any particular text formatting.
   5. Then, with the same procedure, copy the text back to WordPad and paste it in the master file created in Word RTF. This step should include all the documents to the same state, resulting in a final document for uniform sizes and styles. Finally will have a single document "Word" instead of many files.
