How to make cookies without milk or eggs


For those who are intolerant to dairy products but also for eggs, here's a recipe today, to prepare directly in the home of delicious cookies without milk or eggs!
A quick and easy recipe to prepare the delicious biscuits in the morning to enjoy breakfast or as a sweet snack for snack.
We see the ingredients needed:

    * 500 grams of flour 00;
    * 325 grams of margarine;
    * 150 grams of powdered sugar;
    * Zest of 1 lemon;
    * 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
    * 1 / 2 packet of baking powder.

So let's look at the different stages of preparation:

    * Take the first margarine and place in a double boiler on low heat to dissolve completely;
    * To follow, then take the lemon, which must have the perfect skin and wash thoroughly under running water, then proceeded to grate the zest, just until the yellow part;
    * Then put the dry ingredients on a kitchen work surface and begin to mix them together;
    * Form of the dry ingredients, the crater of a volcano and add the melted margarine and lemon zest, then mix everything quickly to obtain a very soft dough;
    * Then a baking sheet lined with a layer of parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees, at the appropriate time in order to have the right temperature;
