How to prepare chicken with mushrooms
recipes absolutely digestible and ideal for someone like me, suffer from lactose intolerance, but without sacrificing taste, and good to offer your guests for dinner. I suggest the chicken with mushrooms, but with some variation from the traditional recipe. The ingredients for four people:
* A pound of chicken pieces (breast is best because it absorbs more flavor during cooking, but also gives his thigh satisfaction!)
* A mixture of 300 grams of mushrooms and nails, can be found at the supermarket already cut and you just wash them
* Leek depending on the quantity you like, but do not overdo it because maybe you might be a little 'heavy to digest for me as I always use three fingers
* A small carrot
Oil *
* Salt and pepper to taste
* ½ cup white wine
* Juice of one lemon
* Some chopped parsley
In a pan fry the chicken with oil, finely chopped leek and carrot. When the meat is browned, add the mushrooms, washed and cut up after a few minutes in the pan pour half a glass of white wine, a tablespoon of water and salt. Let soften, then cook slowly for about an hour, keeping the lid on the pot for the first ten minutes and then remove it. When water is consumed and you got a good sauce, you can add lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. Keep it all on fire for a few more minutes, just long enough to smell the chicken with lemon and parsley, then you can serve it on the table.
