How to increase self-esteem
Self-esteem is how you will evaluate and is a factor that greatly influences your mood. Regardless of the type of goals you have and what you do in life, high self-esteem helps you to cope better with events and maintain a sense of well being.
Instructions
DIFFICULTIES 1

1.Before all: Take care of yourself!
This tip is especially important for mothers who tend to place the whole family and sometimes even a career, first with themselves, there is nothing more wrong!
The problem is that if you're not taking care of you, no one else can do it!
2.In the second place, notes that people often. Locate people "negative" ones that you already discouraged and throw all your prospects. If you see that these people do not have a significant role in your life and do nothing but harm you, remember that you should not necessarily attend.
If it's work colleagues or family, you must keep in mind one thing: when they say something negative, the appropriate weight to the matter, it is just a point of view. Do not internalize it, do not accept it ... you thought that keeping your proactiveness not get discouraged!
3.Eliminate out of your way of thinking those phrases like "captain all to me." Negative events happen to all, if you have had crises in your life, give yourself time to "heal" but do not become a victim of the situation!
To improve your self-esteem, improve your way of thinking.
4.Più than anyone else, you are communicating with yourself. The question is, what do you think? Most of us live with a continually accused. You become aware of yourself and be careful what you say. Change your thoughts starting with the trivial, try replacing the word "duty" with the "Power" ... you'll see that your life will change dramatically if only you only change 10% of your thoughts!
